We are happy to submit to the following insurance companies on your behalf.
Please note that some companies will only pay to the policy holder. In this case you would pay us directly and submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you would like us to direct bill on your behalf, please fill out this assignment of benefits form.
We can direct bill government programs including Alberta Human Services and NIHB.
